Teenager Therapy Pack

First Session            £55 for 1 Hour

Following Sessions   £20 for 30 Minutes

As us parents all know, the teenage years can be the most challenging periods of our teenagers lives. With extreme changes in moods and behaviours day to day; hormone and development growth and changes to their body can be overwhelming for them to fully understand and process alone and often a shock for the parents who feel they've lost their innocent and happy little person. 

Parent-Teenager relationships can often get quite strained as they go about finding who they are as an individual and where they fit in. The once happy go lucky child is no more and brings its added angst and moody temperament. 

I can help you both together as a family or focus on your teenager son or daughter or fully allow them to express themselves, capitalise their emotions and grasp an understanding and calmness that will help them aswell as you the parent in developing coping mechanisms, targets and achievements through this period of self exploration with body and mind.  

Only £55 for the first initial 1 hour session, then just £20 for each 30min session thereafter and I can offer face to face sessions or virtually via video calls. 

Aimed for Ages 13+
