Check In Therapy Sessions

£20 for 30 Minutes

 For when you need that bit of extra help or reassurance, I offer 'check in' sessions where you can have that mental boost if needed or reassurance that you are on the right track, and just want to keep that therapeutic heeling topped up to check all is going well, and keep that momentum going. 

These 'Check In' sessions are aimed at existing customers, both having previously used my services from my bespoke therapy packages or from single sessions.  

Your appointment and session times will be arranged after you contact me using the link below and complete the consent and contract form which I can also send you, so we can better schedule your own and my availability.
