Young Minds Therapy Pack

First Session           £55 for 1 Hour

Following Sessions  £20 for 30 Minutes

The younger years of a child's life can be a magical time for them, with so many experiences at their fingertips, exploration of the world and their mind, their mind is like a black hole swallowing all the information in and processing it, it can be the start of how they shape themselves and grow into these emotions, experiences and for some, it's not all plain sailing, even with the loving support of their parents and family units. 

It can be a challenging period of our their lives, ones that will test any parent grit and determination, compassion and fortitude. With extreme reactions to adverse situations, their tiny minds are processing huge amounts of information, faster than any modern computer could ever do. With changes in their environment, socialisation and reliance on technology and family life can often be triggers for increased anxiety, stress and developmental and behavioural issues being seen alot more frequently in younger children than ever before. 

I offer the younger minds therapy pack to help both you as a parent in learning coping mechanisms and developing strategies with the aim to focus on you and your young person with such issues, that can often be overwhelming to both parties. 

I specialise in constructive and versatile therapeutic approaches to young children that help the child understand, process and cope with behavioural, anxiety, stress, bullying, fear of failure and phobias alike, as well as coping with family-parent breakups, separation and divorce or bereavement of a loved one.  

Only £55 for the first initial 1 hour session, then just £20 for each 30min session thereafter and I can offer face to face sessions or virtually via video calls. 

Aimed for Aged 5-13.
