Hi, I'm Samantha Cauldwell,
I am a very proud mum of 3 children, Megan, Alfie and Charley.
Megan is 20, a lovely girl who has followed in her mum’s footsteps and started out her journey into adulthood by working in a nursery with lots of tiny humans. She has flourished and it’s wonderful to see her so happy.
Alfie is nearly 16, he’s an amazing young boy with a heart of gold, a wonderful smile and a remarkable yet extraordinary imagination. I‘d love to be able to take a trip into his mind and see how he thinks and see’s the world.
My third child is the smallest of my small people, Charley, 14, and after many stern words about this growing up malarkey and that he has to stay young, innocent and my baby forever, he chose to ignore these wise words and grew up into the most beautiful boy that he is, inside and out he has an exemplary character, kind empathic and sympathetic to all.
They have all faced their own struggles in life like many teenagers/children do. They have all faced them with the courage and love that any mum would be proud of.
Aside from being a mum I am a wife, I am married to an amazing man called Paul, after many past years of meeting people who weren’t my forever partner, many, many lessons later, I found Paul. It’s true what they say, you really do glow differently when loved correctly.
I do not believe you need a partner in life to complete you, true happiness is found inside yourself, however if you are lucky enough to meet someone who values your happiness as much as their own, hold on to that person.
I have had many life experiences, some good some not so good but each one was an amazing opportunity and an experience to learn from. You own your own path, find it and find yourself!
I can pick from my extensive toolbox of therapy skills and techniques to aide and find what works with you as everyone is different. My wealth of life experience enables me to not only work from facts and experience, but I can also work from a position of feelings, empathy and compassion. When I say ‘I know how you feel’ it’s not just an expression …. I really do.
Now down to the good stuff ….
When I’m not adulting, I’m spend my time with my dogs (‘the Fluffies’) Bella, Betsy, Tilly and Coco.
Yes … I have 4 dogs, I pretty sure that is verging on being borderline ‘crazy dog lady’.
I have had dogs all my life, I believe dogs make a house a home, it’s true what they say, they leave a pawprint on your heart. They are always happy to see me when I get in and never say no to cuddles. The best kind of therapy … oohh maybe a new business side-line, watch this space! Haha!
So here you go… me in a nutshell, I don’t have all the answers immediately for you, in fact I don’t have the answers at all! Only you can answer your own questions!
They say Rome wasn’t built in a day, and that's true. It takes time, empathy and compassion for someone to open up and really get to know themselves.
I’ll use my experience, knowledge and empathy to guide you to those answers and we will find them together.
